QuarkDDS streamlines design-rich forms creation and on-demand production for Digicomp customers.

Quark Inc. announced today a strategic alliance with Digicomp Inc., a forms and security-document solutions company. Digicomp, an existing XTensions software developer for QuarkXPress, has expanded its relationship with Quark to harness the power of Quark Dynamic Document Server (QuarkDDS) and design a next-generation suite of forms design and workflow applications, enabling them to meet growing customer needs for on-demand form solutions.

This Digicomp solution will enable our customers to replace their outdated, manual systems and adopt an automated and user-friendly solution through QuarkDDS.”

QuarkDDS optimizes Web-based QuarkXPress workflows to provide on-demand publishing applications — a growing business imperative for many customers.”

Using QuarkDDS, Digicomp provides customers with the ability to create, view, and edit a QuarkXPress template using a Web browser. Digicomp was impressed with the ability of QuarkDDS to provide electronic forms on the Web and dynamically create forms while leveraging the design capabilities of QuarkXPress. In cases when customer information is available in a database, that information can be pre-populated in the form for customer convenience.
